BRG ACCESS was conceived out of the need to automate the tedious and manual operational processes of Billionaire Realtor Group.

The Problem

One of the cofounders of Billionaire Realtor Group reached out to me about one of their business process pain points which was disseminating information to their over fifty eight thousand realtors signed up to their network. The usual process of sending out information about new property listings from their property developer partners was via multiple groups on WhatsApp.

The initial solution they wanted was a progressive web application (PWA) chat platform which would accommodate unlimited users and user groups, with the ability to share multiple file types. The development team and I worked on developing LIVE chat progressive web application (PWA) and sent out links to a few realtors that were registered under Billionaire realtor Group networks for review and feedbacks.

Reframing the Problem

From the feedback we got about the LIVE chat platform, the users (i.e realtors signed under the BRG network) wanted more. They were tired of being reliant on placing calls or sending messages to get relevant information of property listings.

They understand their prospects are very detailed, high performing individuals that would request for every information possible about any property investment portfolio they are interested in.

More feedbacks than we bargained for

The feedbacks came in and it was obvious we had to review the scope of the project. We had to build an enterprise resource solution for the company’s (i.e BRG) business processes and their property development partners with a mobile application for the realestate agents signed up to their network.

Exploration, Ideation & Research

We had to create varying persona groups for our user experience research, they include

The interview process lasted for 2weeks getting data from 16 subjects across the varying persona groups.

Before I could jump into designing, it was important to define success for the user experience, flow and interface.

Drastic drop in the rate at which BRG administration is contacted regarding property listings.
Amount of time users spend on the application, our target was an average of 45 minutes to an hour daily.
User response time to in-app notification of new property listings, our measure of success was an average of 20 to 30 minutes.

Home Screen & Menu Screen Iterations

The home screen user interface went through multiple iterations combined with user feedback at each iteration to ensure the multiple application features are not overwhelming for the user, but also very fluid that none of the features are hidden.
